采用活化燃烧合成法制备MoS2 /MoSi2 原位复合材料 ,用X -射线衍射仪 (XRD)对燃烧合成产物进行物相分析。结果表明 ,产物中MoS2 的相对含量与设计含硫量、球磨时间等因素有关。产物中的MoS2 量并不是随着设计含硫量和球磨时间的增加而线性增加。产物中MoS2 量在设计比例 2 0 %MoS2 、球磨时间 4h以及 5 0℃预热的情况下达到最大值
The MoS2 / MoSi2 in - situ composites were prepared by activation combustion synthesis, and the phase composition of combustion synthesis products was analyzed by X - ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the relative content of MoS2 in the product is related to the design of sulfur content, ball milling time and other factors. The amount of MoS2 in the product does not increase linearly with increasing sulfur content and milling time. The amount of MoS2 in the product reached the maximum at a design ratio of 20% MoS2, ball milling time of 4h and preheating at 50 ℃
