当今,我国油田企业大多采用了多种经营的精细管理系统模式。在这段改革时期,我国各大油田企业也随着开发和建设的逐步壮大发展规模,开启了多种经营系统精细管理模式。在经历了最初的创业阶段,而后的改革创新、巩固发展、重组整合阶段,现今所看到的是一个油田企业在新体制的发展下,成为了我国油田经济的中流砥柱。本文就现今的油田企业中多种经营系统精细管理的现状进行简要分析,对其中所存在的一些问题提出见解及相关对策。
Today, most of China’s oilfield enterprises adopt a multi-operational fine management system model. During this period of reform, major oilfield enterprises in China have also gradually expanded their development scale with development and construction, opening up a sophisticated management model for multiple operating systems. After experiencing the initial stage of entrepreneurship, and subsequent stages of reform, innovation, consolidation, and reorganization, what we are seeing now is that an oilfield company has become the mainstay of China’s oilfield economy under the development of the new system. This article briefly analyzes the current situation of the fine management of diversified business systems in today’s oilfield companies, and provides insights and relevant countermeasures for some of the existing problems.
