水利工程边坡开挖通常存在开挖面大、周期紧、质量要求高的特点。通过分析传统边坡开挖质量评价方法及问题,提出采用三维激光扫描技术对边坡开挖质量进行评价的手段。采用随机采样一致性算法、布尔莎–沃尔夫模型等算法建立高效的边坡开挖数据采集、处理流程;通过对边坡数据的特点分析,采用关系数据库建立基于B树及其拓展结构的海量点云数据存储与管理机制;根据边坡评价的特点提出基于开挖剖面和基于开挖平面的边坡质量评价方法。通过实际工程应用证明该方法实现开挖面质量的快速判别与控制,可极大提高边坡开挖质量控制的工作效率和信息化水平。
Hydraulic excavation slope excavation usually exists in large excavation, tight cycle, high quality requirements. By analyzing the methods and problems of the quality evaluation of traditional slope excavation, a means of evaluating the quality of slope excavation by 3D laser scanning is proposed. By using random sampling consistency algorithm, Bursa-Wolfe model and other algorithms to establish efficient data mining and processing of slope excavation; through the analysis of the characteristics of slope data, using relational database to establish the B-tree and its extension structure According to the characteristics of slope evaluation, a slope quality assessment method based on excavation profile and excavation plane is proposed. The actual engineering application proves that this method can realize the rapid identification and control of the quality of excavation surface, which can greatly improve the work efficiency and information level of slope excavation quality control.
