目的探讨青少年早期生活事件的发展变化状况以及性别差异,为初中生心理健康发展提供依据。方法随机抽取南京市3所中学的598名初中生为对象,从初一开始进行生活事件的3 a追踪研究。结果生活事件及其学习压力和人际关系维度得分在3 a中均有所上升。男生生活事件和人际关系没有显著的时间主效应;女生生活事件和人际关系的时间主效应显著,且在初二时开始显著增加。男生的学习压力在初三时开始显著增加,而女生的学习压力在初二就开始显著增加。结论初中阶段青少年的生活事件存在显著的变化趋势及性别差异。
Objective To explore the development and changes of early life events in adolescents and gender differences in order to provide the basis for the mental health of junior high school students. Methods A total of 598 junior middle school students from 3 middle schools in Nanjing were randomly selected to conduct a 3-year follow-up study of life events. Results Life events, as well as their learning stress and interpersonal dimension scores increased in 3 years. There was no significant temporal main effect on life events and interpersonal relationships among boys and girls. The main effect of time on life events and interpersonal relationships among girls was significant and began to increase significantly from the beginning of the second day. The study pressure of boys started to increase significantly from the third day, while the study pressure of girls began to increase significantly on the second day. Conclusion There are significant trends and gender differences in the life events of adolescents in junior middle school.
