目的:探讨营养品补充对降控体重女子举重运动员身体机能的影响。方法:女子举重队员12名(参加全国女子举重锦标赛暨奥运会选拔赛的运动员),分为营养品补充组(n=6)和对照组(n=6)。营养品补充组每人每天给予相应量乳清蛋白、谷氨酰胺、电解质活力胶囊、肌酸、魔酥、肉碱服用,对照组每人每天给予15g葡萄糖粉,服用时间同营养品补充组;实验共进行4周,这期间,除日常膳食与服用营养补充剂、安慰剂外,受试者不食用其它膳食。于实验前、后测试体成分、身体机能和专项素质指标的变化。结果:降控体重后营养品补充组与对照组运动员体重均显著下降。营养品补充组Hb、CK、T、C、T/C、BUN较降控体重前均无显著变化;而对照组Hb、T/C显著下降。营养品补充组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值较降控体重前显著上升,而对照组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值较降控体重前均无显著变化。对照组握力指数、下肢爆发力较降控体重前显著下降,营养品补充组上述指标较降控体重前无显著变化。结论:营养品补充降低了降控体重对举重运动员内分泌免疫机能和肌肉力量的不利影响,较好地维持了运动员的身体机能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of nutritional supplements on the body function of weight-losing women weight lifters. Methods: Twelve women weightlifters (athletes who participated in the National Women’s Weightlifting Championships and Olympic Trials) were divided into nutrition supplement group (n = 6) and control group (n = 6). Nutritional supplementation group were given the appropriate amount of whey protein, glutamine, electrolyte activity capsules, creatine, magic crisp, carnitine per day, 15g glucose powder was given daily to the control group, taking the same time with the nutritional supplements group; The experiment was conducted for 4 weeks. During this period, the subjects did not eat other meals except the daily diet and the nutritional supplements and placebo. Changes in body composition, body function and specific quality indicators before and after the experiment. Results: The body weight of the athletes in supplement group and control group decreased significantly after weight reduction. There was no significant change of Hb, CK, T, C, T / C and BUN in the nutritional supplements group compared with the control group, while the levels of Hb and T / C in the control group decreased significantly. The ratio of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in nutritional supplements group increased significantly compared with that in the control group, while the ratio of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the control group did not change significantly compared with that in the control group. The control group grip strength index, lower extremity explosive force than the control before weight decreased significantly, nutritional supplements group above indicators no significant change compared with the control before weight loss. Conclusion: Nutritional supplementation reduced the adverse effects of down-regulated weight on endocrine immune function and muscle strength of weight-lifter, and maintained the body function of athletes well.
