由于变频器价格昂贵,制约了其在煤矿排水系统中的广泛应用。由于变频调速转速下降过度会导致水泵扬程不够,限制了其变频调速范围,以至系统效率下降。通过利用离心泵优化组合的方法,可提高排水系统的控制精度与效率,降低了变频器容量及造价,值得推广。
As the inverter is expensive, restricting its extensive application in coal mine drainage system. Due to excessive frequency control speed drop will lead to inadequate pump head, limiting its frequency control range, as well as system efficiency. Through the use of centrifugal pump to optimize the combination of methods to improve drainage control accuracy and efficiency of the system, reducing the inverter capacity and cost, it is worth promoting.
