GB29921适用于预包装食品。GB29921规定了肉制品、水产制品、即食蛋制品、粮食制品、即食豆类制品、巧克力类及可可制品、即食果蔬制品、饮料、冷冻饮品、即食调味品、坚果籽实制品等11类食品中沙门氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌等5种致病菌限量规定。非预包装食品的生产经营者应当严格生产经营过程卫生管理,尽可能降低致病菌污染风险。
