电镜法研究高聚物分子量及其分子量分布。对高聚物分子量及其分子量分布测定的方法很多,如粘度法、GPC法、端基分析法等。而这些方法都是根据高分子溶液的一些特性建立起来的。操作较为复杂,而每种方法都有它的优缺点及适用的局限性。利用透射电镜直接观察高聚物分子形态及测量其分子量早有文献报导。不但能直接观察高分子形态,而且根据高分子粒子、计算出分子量及分子量分布。本实验用电镜研究聚丙烯酰胺分子形态及分子量,分子量分布。
Study on Molecular Weight and Molecular Weight Distribution of Polymers by Electron Microscopy. There are many methods to determine the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polymers, such as viscosity method, GPC method and end group analysis. These methods are based on some of the characteristics of the polymer solution set up. The operation is more complex, and each method has its advantages and disadvantages and the applicable limitations. Direct observation of the molecular morphology of the polymer by transmission electron microscopy and measurement of its molecular weight have long been reported in the literature. Not only can directly observe the polymer morphology, and according to the polymer particles, calculate the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. In this experiment, the molecular morphology, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polyacrylamide were studied by electron microscope.
