对正常对照者及糖尿病患者分别测P-ERG潜伏期ln25l、p50l、n95及其波幅an25、ap50、an75。结果:DM患者视网膜尚未出现病变时,P-ERG的潜伏期已延迟,随着视网膜病变的发生和发展,进一步延迟,但未达显著性差异。DR及各期波幅下降不显著。P-ERG的潜伏期及波幅与视力无关。结论:P-ERG可作为发现早期DR的检查工具,P-ERG潜伏期比波幅具更好的临床使用价值。
The normal control and diabetic patients were measured P-ERG latency ln25l, p50l, n95 and its amplitude an25, ap50, an75. Results: The retina of DM patients had no retina lesions, the latency of P-ERG was delayed, with the occurrence and development of retinopathy further delayed, but did not reach significant difference. DR and wave amplitude decreased not significantly. P-ERG latency and amplitude has nothing to do with vision. Conclusion: P-ERG can be used as a tool to detect early DR. P-ERG has better clinical value than amplitude.
