尾纤模块研磨轨迹的仿真及实验研究

尾纤模块研磨质量对闭环光纤陀螺直接耦合光路的插入损耗和陀螺精度有着直接影响。从降低研磨砂纸的磨损程度及保证光纤端面均匀磨损的角度出发,在不同行星齿轮转速及不同研磨距离的情况下对尾纤模块几何中心点在研磨砂纸上的研磨轨迹进行了Matlab仿真分析,得出了一组优化的研磨参数,并进行了研磨实验。实验结果表明建立的研磨方程正确,同时证实行星齿轮转速为1r/min时研磨砂纸利用率高且磨损程度轻。 The pigtail module grinding quality has a direct impact on the insertion loss and gyro accuracy of the closed-loop FOG directly coupled optical path. From the perspective of reducing the degree of abrasion of abrasive paper and ensuring the uniform wear of fiber end face, Matlab simulation analysis of the grinding trajectory of the pigtail paper on the grinding paper was made under the condition of different planetary gear speed and different grinding distance. A set of optimized grinding parameters was obtained and grinding experiments were conducted. The experimental results show that the established grinding equation is correct, and at the same time, it is confirmed that the grinding sandpaper has high utilization rate and light abrasion when the planetary gear speed is 1r / min.
