Our company started to use FZ630DJ / Y2 water-cooled magnetic brake on 3 # machine in Winder in 1998. Because of serious wear and tear, it can not be used any more. By the end of 2004, it has scrapped 2 units, and then switch to FZ- 1000DJ / Y2 type water-cooled magnetic brake to replace, but its use did not meet the design requirements.
