蘑菇软腐病(Clodobotryum dendroides Fries)在上海春菇后期的严重发病率可高达35.85%。其分生孢子在20℃时萌发率最高,光照对孢子萌发无明显影响,蘑菇子实体的浸出液有利孢子的萌发。菌丝生长适宜温度为25℃,最适pH值为3.4。这两者的最适相对湿度均为100%。该菌能较好地利用碳源中的淀粉,氮源中以蛋白胨最适宜。孢子的萌发方式有多种多样,萌发初期以端细胞萌发为主,后期最多可长出6个芽管。产孢方式属内壁芽生倒缩式。另外还进行室内药效、药害试验和发病环境的调查,并对病菌的防治措施提出了意见。
The severe morbidity rate of Clodobotryum dendroides Fries in Shanghai late spring can reach as high as 35.85%. The conidial germination rate was the highest at 20 ℃, light had no significant effect on spore germination, mushroom fruiting body leaching liquid spore germination. Mycelium growth suitable temperature is 25 ℃, the optimum pH value of 3.4. The optimum relative humidity for both is 100%. The bacteria can make better use of starch in the carbon source, peptone nitrogen source is the most appropriate. There are a variety of germination of spores, early germination of terminal cells to germinate, late up to grow 6 germ tube. Sporulation is a concretion within the bud-type contraction. In addition, the indoor efficacy test, phytotoxicity test and the environment of the disease were investigated, and the prevention and cure measures of the bacteria were put forward.
