劳动合同的期限是指在劳动合同中规定的,劳动合同存续的时间及劳动者为用人单位提供劳动的时间。劳动合同期限可分为固定期限、无固定期限和以完成一定工作为期限3种。1.有固定期限的劳动合同。即在订立合同时就明确约定了期限的劳动合同。期限可长可短,长则几年、十几年,短则一年或几个月。2.无固定期限劳动合同。即没有约定终止日期的劳动合同。无固定期限劳动合
