文化产业上市财务会计报告信息集中披露了公司和公众的利益,体现了企业的社会生态环境即公共关系。公共关系的理论基础是社会责任,强调企业必须与利益相关者相互耦合共振,才能使企业在发展中获得技术创新、管理创新和人力资源的改善,达到股东价值的最大化。使用spss软件因子分析方法,选择十项财务指标对十四家上市企业进行综合分析得到企业公共关系指数,藉以反映目前公共关系比较状态。
