某飞机舱门是由电液伺服装置驱动的,舱门载荷飞行实测是验证和优化舱门设计载荷的重要依据,考虑舱门具体结构,将舱门开启后的飞行载荷测量转变成舱门驱动装置输出轴的载荷测量。本文主要采用常规应变电测法结合导电滑环的方法进行测量,并介绍舱门驱动装置输出轴的载荷标定试验方法、试验结果以及飞行实测结果情况。
An aircraft door is driven by the electro-hydraulic servo device. The actual measurement of the door load flight is an important basis for verifying and optimizing the design load of the door. Taking into account the specific structure of the door, the flight load measurement after the door is opened is converted into a door drive Device output shaft load measurement.
