目的研究分析下段食管癌术后出现反流性食管炎的临床诊治体会。方法接受下段食管癌手术治疗后的72例反流性食管炎患者,通过抽签的方式将其平均分成两组,一组给予洛赛克加以治疗设为对照组,一组给予埃索美拉唑加以治疗设为观察组,每组各有36例患者。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率是94.44%(34/36)明显高于对照组的80.56%(29/36),P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论下段食管癌后早期应用埃索美拉唑治疗术后反流性食管炎,临床效果尤为满意,可作为临床首选用药。 Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis after esophagectomy.
