顶升技术最初使用于铁路桥梁的架设、位移和落梁,后来逐步开始使用于屋面的顶升,随着顶升技术的不断完善,现阶段可实现桥梁单跨梁板的整体抬高,此项技术的推广可降低工程投资、加快施工进度。本文描述了唐山市丰南区丰碱线尖字沽至沿海公路段大修工程3座跨径10m的小桥梁板顶升施工情况,对该路段桥梁单跨梁板的整体顶升关键工序的技术要求、控制和容易忽视的一些问题进行了分析和总结。

With the continuous improvement of the jacking technology, the overall elevation of the single span of the bridge plate can be achieved at this stage, The promotion of technology can reduce project investment and speed up the construction progress. This paper describes the construction of three small bridges with a span of 10m in Fengnan Line of Fengnan District, Tangshan City, to the overhaul project of the coastal highway section, and presents the key technologies for the overall lifting of the single span of the bridge Requirements, control and easy to ignore some of the issues were analyzed and summarized.
