定量测量了97名局部振动病人及其观察对象和60名健康人的中指指端振觉阈值。绘制了手指等振觉阈值曲线和振觉损伤曲线。结果表明振觉阈值最敏感频率在对照组是125Hz,在局部振动病人组是8Hz,局部振动病人组振觉阈值高于对照组振觉阈值,并首先在高频处发生阈移,表现为125Hz和250Hz的“V”型下陷。振觉阈值测量是一种有价值的局部振动病辅助诊断方法。
The finger vibration thresholds of 97 local vibration patients and their observers and 60 healthy people were measured quantitatively. Vibration threshold threshold curves and vibration damage curves were plotted. The results showed that the most sensitive frequency of vibration threshold was 125 Hz in control group and 8 Hz in local vibration group. The threshold of vibration threshold in local vibration group was higher than that in control group. Threshold shift occurred at high frequency first, which showed 125 Hz And 250Hz “V” type sag. Vibration threshold measurement is a valuable diagnostic method of local vibration disease.
