电磁搅拌技术是最早应用于制备半固态坯料的方法之一,然而集肤效应限制了该技术的进一步发展。提出环缝式电磁搅拌技术旨在破解这一难题。与普通电磁搅拌相比,环缝能避开磁场较低的部分,在环缝内形成的均匀旋转磁场,可以获得均匀的温度场和均匀凝固的细小组织。环缝式电磁搅拌连铸坯组织呈蔷薇状,在铸坯中分布均匀。与普通电磁搅拌相比,环缝式电磁搅拌技术能明显降低宏观偏析和显微偏析。
Electromagnetic stirring technology is one of the earliest methods used to prepare semi-solid billet, however, the skin effect limits the further development of this technology. Proposed ring-gap electromagnetic stirring technology to solve this problem. Compared with the ordinary electromagnetic stirring, the girth can avoid the low magnetic field, and the uniform rotating magnetic field formed in the girth can obtain a uniform temperature field and uniform solidified fine structure. Ring seam electromagnetic stirring continuous casting billet was rosy, evenly distributed in the slab. Compared with ordinary electromagnetic stirring, annular slot electromagnetic stirring technology can significantly reduce macrosegregation and microsegregation.
