目的 :探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子 (sICAM 1)及可溶性血管细胞粘附分子与妊高征的关系。方法 :收集 2 0例妊高征患者及 2 0例正常孕妇血清 ,采用酶联免疫法测量sICAM 1和sVCAM 1浓度。结果 :妊高征组血清sICAM 1水平比正常对照组高 ,但统计学上无显著性 ;妊高征组血清sVCAM 1水平显著高于对照组 ,统计学上差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :sVCAM 1可能参与了妊高征的病理生理变化 ,并可能对于妊高征的监测和治疗有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM 1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule and pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: Twenty cases of PIH and 20 normal pregnant women were collected. The concentrations of sICAM 1 and sVCAM 1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The serum level of sICAM 1 in PIH group was higher than that in normal control group, but there was no statistical significance. The level of serum sVCAM 1 in PIH group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) 1). Conclusion: sVCAM 1 may be involved in the pathophysiological changes of PIH and may play a role in the monitoring and treatment of PIH.
