为了降低吨液耗电,提高机采系统的效率,分别从产量和泵效、抽油杆应力、偏磨和热洗清蜡、功率等方面,围绕变频调速特点分析其对抽油机井采油的影响。探讨变频调速在抽油机井应用的适用性,使供液系统和有杆抽油机系统达到一个动态协调。结果表明,调频后功率因数接近1,最大载荷下降8.61%,负荷比下降21.25%,吨液耗电下降60.2%,具有较好的推广前景。
In order to reduce the power consumption of ton liquid and improve the efficiency of machine-picking system, the paper analyzes the characteristics of frequency conversion and speed-adjusting of its production and pump efficiency, sucker rod stress, partial wear and hot cleaning wax, power and so on influences. Discuss the applicability of VFD in pumping wells, and achieve a dynamic coordination between the supply system and sucker rod pumping system. The results show that after FM, the power factor is close to 1, the maximum load is decreased by 8.61%, the load ratio is decreased by 21.25% and the power consumption per ton of liquid is reduced by 60.2%, which has a good promotion prospect.
