通过对青海杨天然林内雌、雄株随机单采36株母树,开展田间选育试验。结果显示,36个单株高生长、地径生长差异极显著,群体平均成活率达76%,且初选了X10、C05、X13、C08 4个无性系为青海杨初选优良无性系,为青海杨复选优良无性系奠定基础。
Through the study of female and male plants in the natural forests of Qinghai, 36 single trees were randomly selected to carry out field breeding experiments. The results showed that there were significant differences in height growth and diameter growth of 36 individuals, with an average survival rate of 76%. Four clones of X10, C05, X13 and C08 were initially selected as the excellent clones of the Qinghai primary culture. Excellent clones lay the foundation.
