工作辊与冷却液之间对流换热系数的确定是轧辊温度场分析的难点。简要分析了轧制过程中的热量转移 ,应用大型有限元软件 ANSYS分析了铝带轧机工作辊与冷却液之间的换热特性 ,得到了工作辊表面与冷却液之间的对流换热系数和热流密度 ,仿真结果表明 ,对流换热系数值和热流密度值均随工作辊表面温度降低而减小。仿真结果得到了实测结果的验证。
The determination of the convective heat transfer coefficient between the work roll and the coolant is a difficult point in the analysis of the temperature field of the roll. The heat transfer during the rolling process is briefly analyzed. The heat transfer characteristics between the work roll and the coolant in the strip mill are analyzed by ANSYS, and the convection heat transfer coefficient between the work roll surface and the coolant is obtained. The results of simulation show that the convective heat transfer coefficient and heat flux density decrease with the decrease of the surface temperature of the work roll. The simulation results have been verified by the measured results.
