探讨液基细胞学检查（Thinperp cytologic test,TCT）、人乳头状瘤病毒（Human papiloma virus,HPV）检测联合阴道镜下活检用于宫颈病变筛查的临床价值。方法对2013年5月至2013年12月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院妇科门诊就诊的1186例患者随机分成A、B两组，分别采用TCT检查+阴道镜下活检和TCT+HPV检查+阴道镜下活检两种不同方法进行宫颈病变筛查，以宫颈活检病理结果为金标准，比较筛查效果。结果 A组576例患者采用TCT检查+阴道镜下活检，TCT检查阳性43例，43例患者行阴道镜下宫颈活检，其中慢性炎症27例，CINI 6例,CINI 7例，CINII 2例，宫颈癌1例。B组610例患者采用TCT检查+HPV检查+阴道镜下活检，TCT和HPV两项均阳性或其中一项阳性的共有76例，76例患者均行阴道镜下宫颈活检，其中慢性炎症34例，CINI 20例,CINI 13例， CINII 8例，宫颈癌1例。结论 TCT、HPV检测联合阴道镜下活检可明显提高宫颈病变检出率，效果优于TCT检查+阴道镜下活检，是进行宫颈病变筛查的最佳方法。“,”Objective: To investigate the clinical value of Thinperp cytologic test(TCT), human papiloma virus (HPV) detection and colposcopy biopsy on screening of cervical lesions. Methods:A total of 1186 cases in Inner Mongolia Medical University Affiliated Hospital gynecology clinic from May 2013 to December 2013 were divided randomly into A,B groups ,respectively using TCT + colposcopy biopsy and TCT + HPV inspection + colposcopy biopsy to screen cervical lesions.Cervical biopsy as the gold standard to compare the effect of screening. Results: A group of 576 cases of patients were tested by TCT + colposcopy biopsy,43 cases of TCT test is positive, 43 cases underwent colposcopy and cervical biopsy, the results of 27 cases of chronic inflammation, CINI 6 cases,CINI 7 cases,CINII 2 cases,one case of cervical cancer.B Group of 610 cases of patients were tested by TCT + HPV inspection+ colposcopy biopsy, TCT and HPV test results were positive for two or one of a total of 76 cases of positive,76 cases of patients underwent colposcopy and cervical biopsy, in which chronic inflammation of the 34 cases,CINI 20 cases,CINI 13 cases,CINII 8 cases, one case of cervical cancer.Conclusion: TCT,HPV detection under the joint colposcopy and biopsy can significantly improve the detection rate of cervical lesions, better than TCT examination + colposcopy biopsy is the best method of screening for cervical lesions.
