广州市2002年蔬菜中农药及重金属污染监测分析

[目的] 监测广州市市售蔬菜受农药及重金属等污染的现状,提出预防和控制措施。[方法] 每月分别到广州市东山、天河和白云区等7个区的批发和零售市场,随机抽取蔬菜样品,按国家检验标准检测10项有机磷农药、铅、镉、铬、砷和亚硝酸盐。[结果] 蔬菜有机磷农药超标率4 2%,超标有机磷农药均为剧毒、高毒、高残留农药。重金属污染总超标率11 8%,以铅、镉的污染最严重。农药、重金属的超标第4季度最高。受污染以叶菜类为主,近3 成蔬菜品种农药、重金属曾超标,亚硝酸盐总超标率为0 3%,砷未超标,。[结论] 加强对环境污染的综合治理,对市售新鲜蔬菜的监测和监管,大力提倡无公害蔬菜,创建绿色蔬菜基地,保障市民的身体健康。 [Objective] To monitor the status quo of pesticide and heavy metal pollution on the market of vegetables in Guangzhou and put forward prevention and control measures. [Method] The wholesale and retail markets in 7 districts of Dongshan, Tianhe and Baiyun districts of Guangzhou were sampled every month. Samples of vegetables were randomly selected and 10 organophosphorus pesticides, lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic and Nitrate. [Result] The exceeding rate of vegetable organophosphorus pesticide was 42%. Exceeding organophosphorus pesticides were all highly toxic, highly toxic and high residual pesticides. The total excessive rate of heavy metal pollution was 118%, with the most serious pollution of lead and cadmium. Pesticides, heavy metals exceeded the highest in Q4. The main contaminated leafy vegetables, nearly 30% of vegetable varieties of pesticides, heavy metals have exceeded the standard total nitrite exceeded 0.3%, arsenic is not exceeded. [Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive management of environmental pollution, monitor and supervise the market of fresh vegetables, advocate pollution-free vegetables, establish a green vegetable base and protect the health of citizens.
