目的:观察栀豉汤对更年期综合征内分泌功能紊乱的调节作用,探讨其治疗更年期综合征的作用特点和机制。方法:对去卵巢大鼠给予栀豉汤400~800 mg·kg-1口服2周,以倍美力为阳性药观察对模型动物子宫系数、雌激素(E2)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、神经递质β内啡肽(β-EP)、IL-2水平等指标的影响,评定栀豉汤对该模型的治疗功效。结果:栀豉汤能明显升高大鼠子宫系数以及E2水平,降低血清中FSH,LH的水平,明显升高模型大鼠降低了的β-EP,IL-2水平。结论:栀豉汤400~800 mg·kg-1口服2周,对去卵巢大鼠有明显的雌激素样作用,并可调节因雌激素减少而引起的组织器官的退行性变和紊乱的神经内分泌系统,且有一定的量效关系。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhizhitang on the regulation of endocrine dysfunction in climacteric syndrome and to explore its mechanism of action in the treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods: Ovariectomized rats were given Oral Decoction 400 ~ 800 mg · kg-1 orally for 2 weeks. The ovariectomized rats were orally treated with bemeixi as the positive drug. The changes of uterine coefficient, estrogen (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) , Luteinizing hormone (LH), neurotransmitter β-endorphin (β-EP), IL-2 and other indicators, evaluate the curative effect of Zhi Zhi Tang on this model. Results: Zhizhitang can significantly increase rat uterine coefficient and E2 levels, reduce serum FSH, LH levels, significantly increased model rats decreased β-EP, IL-2 levels. Conclusion: Zhi Zhi Tang 400 ~ 800 mg · kg-1 orally for 2 weeks, ovariectomized rats have obvious estrogen-like effects, and can be reduced due to reduced estrogen and degeneration of tissues and organs of the nerves Endocrine system, and have a certain dose-effect relationship.
