在改革的大环境中,计量协会、学会要根据国家的有关法规,在法制化、规范化、有序化上主动调整工作方向和内容,适应国家行政改革的需求。这一共识在7月下旬召开的一年一度的华东华南计量协会、学会联席会议上达成一致。行政机构的改革、技术机构的调整、事业单位的改革对计量协会、学会今后一个时期的发展有着深远的影响。
In the context of reform, the Institute of Metrology should learn to proactively readjust the work direction and contents in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country on the basis of legalization, standardization and orderliness so as to adapt itself to the needs of the state administrative reform. This consensus was reached at an annual meeting of East China South China Metrology Institute and Society held in late July. The reform of administrative agencies, the restructuring of technical institutions and the reform of public institutions have a profound impact on the measurement of associations and the development of the society in the coming period.
