目的:通过建立4种基源郁金挥发油的指纹图谱,对其指纹图谱进行比较研究,为制定郁金药材合理的质量控制标准提供参考。方法:采用气相色谱法,HP-5(0.32μm×0.32 mm×30 m)柱;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID);进样口温度280℃,检测器温度300℃;程序升温初温125℃,保持5 min;速率3℃.min-1,升至170℃,保持5 min;速率9℃.min-1,升至260℃,保持0 min。结果:对4种基源20批郁金挥发油进行分析,分别建立了4种郁金挥发油的指纹图谱。黄丝郁金和温郁金样品的相似度均在0.95以上;绿丝郁金样品相似度均在0.99以上;桂郁金相似度在0.9左右。结论:不同基源郁金挥发油的化学组成差异较大,各自对照图谱能反映其特征,为科学制定郁金药材的质量标准提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprints of four kinds of essential oil of volatile oil from Tulipa solani and compare their fingerprints, providing a reference for establishing the reasonable quality control standard of Tulipa officinalis. Methods: Gas chromatography, HP-5 (0.32 μm × 0.32 mm × 30 m) column, flame ionization detector (FID), inlet temperature of 280 ℃, detector temperature of 300 ℃, temperature programmed initial temperature of 125 ℃ for 5 min; the rate is 3 ℃ .min-1, the temperature is raised to 170 ℃ for 5 min; the rate is 9 ℃ .min-1, the temperature is raised to 260 ℃ for 0 min. Results: Twenty batches of tulip essential oil from four kinds of sources were analyzed, and four fingerprints of tulip essential oil were established. Similarities of yellow silk tulip and warm tulip samples are all above 0.95; Similarities of green silk tulip samples are all above 0.99; Similarities of cinnamon tulip are around 0.9. Conclusion: The chemical composition of volatile oil from different base sources is quite different. Their respective control maps can reflect their characteristics and provide a reference for the scientific development of the quality standard of.
