我们从1例脑脓肿患者的脑脊液中检出纯阴沟杆菌,报告如下。临床资料:患者男,33岁,因头痛加重伴呕吐、右耳流脓入院。当时体温39.6℃,WBC22×10~9/L,N 0.92,L 0.08;CT 诊断:右顶颞叶脑脓肿,急诊行手术摘除,但右耳仍流脓,体温不降,给大量静滴青霉素、氯霉素4d 均不见效,后行脑脊液培养加药敏,给予庆大霉素2万U,椎管内注入,次日体温下降,再给卡那霉素1g,3d后,体温降至37℃,继续治疗后痊愈出院.培养特性:取脑脊液直接种于血平板、营养琼脂平板,37℃培养,均生长出中等大小、形态
