前言 ISO(国际标准化机构)是各国标准化协会(ISO团体会员)的世界性的联合机构。国际标准的制定工作是通过ISO技术委员会进行的。每个团体会员对现有技术委员会的项目感兴趣时,都有权派代表参加该技术委员会。与ISO有关的官方或非官方的国际组织,也可参加工作。技术委员会通过的国际标准草案,在它被ISO理事会批准之前,报送给各团体会员进行投票。国际标准6149是由ISO/TC131,即流体传动系统和元件技术委员会来制定的。并于1979年3月发送给各团体会员。下列国家的团体会员对本标准投了赞成票: 澳大利亚法国挪威奥地利西德罗马尼亚比利时匈牙利南非共和国保加利亚印度西班牙加拿大意大利瑞典智利日本美国中国朝鲜苏联捷克斯洛伐克阿拉伯利比亚芬兰荷兰下列国家的团体会员出于技术上的理由对该文件投了反对票: 波兰瑞士英国
Preface ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide joint organization of national standards associations (ISO community members). The development of international standards is conducted through ISO technical committees. Each group member is entitled to send a representative to the technical committee when he is interested in the projects of the existing technical committees. Official or non-official international organizations related to ISO may also participate in the work. The draft international standards approved by the technical committee are submitted to members of various groups for voting before it is approved by the ISO Council. International Standard 6149 was developed by ISO/TC131, the Technical Committee for Fluid Transmission Systems and Components. It was sent to members of various groups in March 1979. Members of the following countries have voted in favor of this standard: Australia France France Norway Austria West Germany Romania Belgium Hungary Republic of South Africa Bulgaria India Spain Canada Italy Sweden Chile Japan United States China North Korea Soviet Union Czechoslovakia Libya Finland Finland The following countries are members of the technical group Reasons to vote against the document: Poland Switzerland United Kingdom
