为了提高铜的浸出率和浸出速率,对中条山的低品位铜矿石进行了细菌浸出研究,对细菌浸出的介质进行了选择,并对细菌浸出的pH值、接种量和适用的温度等因素进行了条件选择试验.结果表明,细菌浸出在20-34.5℃之间均有氧化浸出活性,在最佳条件下,86h内铜的浸出率可达到约80%,比硫酸和Fe3+联合浸出的浸出率约高5%。
