患者男 ,10岁。 1996年 1月 30日因诉“双眼视力下降 2年”首次来诊。眼科检查 :视力右眼 0 .6 ,左眼 0 .6 + 2 ,眼位正 ,无充血 ,角膜透明 ,前房轴深 3ＣＴ ,周边 1ＣＴ ,虹膜纹理清楚 ,瞳孔直径 3ｍｍ。给予 1%阿托品滴眼 ,每日三次 ,连用三天后电脑验光 :右眼 +0 .2 5ＤＳ/ Patient male, 10 years old.
