酚醛树脂覆膜砂热芯盒砂芯外表贴近芯盒迅速固化,紧靠上表层硬壳处常常“起皮”。经初步探讨其成因与树脂质量、固化条件、射芯工艺等直接相关。在一定条件下通过控制硬酯酸钙加入量来减轻起皮倾向,简单有效。
