推动新旧动能转换是新常态下保持经济健康稳定发展的必然要求,也是构建国内大循环为主的国内国际双循环新发展格局的重要保障.本文基于大量的数据分析和测算指出,武汉市目前在推进发展动能转换方面存在的主要问题包括:投资、消费和出口在内的需求侧动能释放不足;供给侧发展动能结构不优;新兴产业主要集中在制造业、信息产业和文创产业领域,但起步较晚且发展速度较慢,影响了全市产业结构持续优化;生产效率动能提升较慢,技术进步对经济发展还有提升空间;尚未完全发挥科教优势,创新动能潜力还有待挖掘;内部各区之间的发展差距虽在逐步变小,
