《义务教育英语课程标准》提出,英语语言教学应充分考虑语言学习的渐进性和持续性,并重视语言学习的实践性和应用性。英语语言的学习是一个从输入经过不断的积累,进而达到输出的一个过程,然而在实际教学中,大多数学生仍然存在着英语语言“入而未出”“学而未用”。根据所教学生的情况,进行了“整合式看图说话”的英语教学,以图带文,促进表达。介绍了整合式看图说话理念提出的背景,小学英语看图说话支架的搭建以及具体操作实施,提出英语教学应从起始阶段重视语言输出,重视英语语言的整合式应用。
