对开心胶囊Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号分别采取三种不同的提取方法，观察了各种提取方法对垂体后叶素造成的心肌缺血模型大鼠血清中心肌酶水平、心电图心肌缺血阳性率的影响。结果提示：缺血模型组心肌酶水平明显增高，开心胶囊各组可以不同程度的减少心肌酶的释放，三种提取方法中，以水醇分别提取法能最大程度地减少心肌酶的释放，改善心电图，有较好的抗心肌缺血作用，为可供选择的最佳制剂方案
Three different extraction methods were used for Kaixin capsules I and II respectively, and the effects of various extraction methods on the levels of myocardial enzymes and the positive rate of myocardial ischemia in rat models of myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin were observed. The results suggest that the level of myocardial enzymes in ischemic model group is significantly higher, and that Kaixin capsules can reduce the release of myocardial enzymes to varying degrees. Among the three extraction methods, hydroalcoholic extraction method can minimize the release of myocardial enzymes and improve Electrocardiogram, with good anti-ischemic effect, is the best choice for preparation
