现阶段一些待建建筑物离周围建筑物较近、软地基土质、深开挖使得拆撑的设计变形较大、因而常规拆撑方式达不到要求。设计变形3cm将会对周围的建筑物产生不同程度的破坏,若不减小设计变形量届时损失巨大。本文是针对在破撑的裂缝控制,采用侧墙加固,局部破撑监测实际变形监测的方式增加破撑的可靠性,对破撑的变形产生有效控制,达到预期目的。
At this stage, some buildings to be built are close to the surrounding buildings.
