钢结构预拼装可以采用实体预拼装和数字模拟预拼装两种方式。现阶段国内工程大多采用实体预拼装方式,其可靠度高,但成本大。与实体预拼装相比,数字模拟预拼装可以极大地节约成本并缩短工期,对于大型复杂工程和施工条件恶劣的工程尤其如此。主要对国内外关于数字化模拟预拼装的相关工程应用情况、三维测量技术做介绍和小结,对Case提出的结构预拼装的算法做补充和完善,并结合一个实际工程说明数字模拟预拼装方法的应用与效果。
