转型的必要在以往的公安信访工作中,我们在很大程度上认为公安信访制度是公安运行制度的一种补充,是人民群众利益诉求表达机制的次要组成部分,往往对其重要性认识不足。对此,我们必须转变思想认识,提升公安信访工作的价值高度,全面反省以往工作存在的问题,深刻认识到公安信访转型的必要。 Necessity of Transformation In the past work of public security petition, we think to a great extent that public security petition system is a supplement to public security operation system and a secondary component of the people’s interest expression mechanism, and often fails to recognize its importance . To this end, we must change our thinking and enhance the value of public security petitions. We must fully reflect on the existing problems in our past work and profoundly understand the need for the transformation of public security petitions.
