奥运板块是在亚奥商圈的基础上形成的,以亚运村、奥运村为中心,以奥运商圈辐射的区域。奥运板块具体指北三环以北、北五环以南、八达岭高速路以东、京承路以西的区域范围。该区域的核心区仅限于安立路附近亚运村段,主要包括:亚运村、惠新里、安慧里、安慧北里、慧忠里、慧忠北里等居住小区和周边的商业配套。申奥的成功给奥运商圈带来了全新的生机。并且望京、中关村、亚运村的集中优势连成了京城北部的一条高产业带,使得奥运板块优势突显。
The Olympic plate is formed on the basis of Ya’ao Commercial Circle, with the Asian Games Village and the Olympic Village as the center, and the Olympic business district radiation area. The Olympic plate specifically refers to the area north of North Third Ring, south of North Fifth Ring, east of Badaling Freeway, west of Jingcheng Road. The core area of the area is limited to the Asian Games Village section near Anrick Road. The main areas include: Asian Games Village, Hui Xinli, An Hui Li, An Hui Beili, Huizhongli, Huizhong Beili and other residential areas and the surrounding commercial facilities. The success of the Olympic bid has brought a whole new vitality to the Olympic business district. Moreover, the centralized advantages of Wangjing, Zhongguancun and Asian Games have become a high-tech zone in the northern part of the capital, highlighting the advantages of the Olympic Games.
