通过研究内螺纹的冷挤压成形过程,利用数值模拟仿真技术获得挤压成形过程的速度场分布,并通过试验方法验证了内螺纹冷挤压成形过程的金属流动规律。结果表明,内螺纹冷挤压过程中牙顶处金属受力最小,牙底部分受到丝锥的压力最大,同时也使得晶粒细化程度有所不同。
Through the research of the cold extrusion forming process of the internal thread, the velocity field distribution of the extrusion process was obtained by the numerical simulation technology, and the metal flow rule of the cold extrusion process of the internal thread was verified by the test method. The results show that the stress on the top of the tooth crest is minimized during the cold extrusion process of the internal thread, and the pressure on the bottom of the tooth root is at the maximum due to the tapping. At the same time, the degree of grain refinement is also different.
