分析了中国棉纺织企业ERP系统的实施情况。该系统包括原料管理、工艺管理、生产管理、质量管理和设备管理五大模块,并以江苏某大型棉纺织企业的ERP系统为典型案例对ERP系统进行了全面分析。该企业有两个织布车间、四个纺纱车间、四个并线车间,拥有瑞士、德国、日本等国的先进纺织设备和检测仪器。实践证明,使用ERP系统后的企业均取得了较好的经济效益。
Analyzed the implementation of ERP system in China’s cotton textile enterprises. The system includes five modules: raw material management, process management, production management, quality management and equipment management. The ERP system of a large cotton textile enterprise in Jiangsu Province is taken as a typical case to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the ERP system. The company has two weaving workshops, four spinning workshop, four parallel workshop, with Switzerland, Germany, Japan and other countries of advanced textile equipment and testing equipment. Practice has proved that enterprises using ERP systems have achieved good economic returns.
