患儿男,4天,因“气促、发现肌酶升高4天”入院。患儿系第1胎第1产,胎龄40+5周顺产娩出,羊水Ⅲ度污染,Apgar评分1 min 7分,5 min 9分,生后在当地医院发现转氨酶及肌酶增高,CK20 307 U/L,CK-MB 392 U/L,ALT 107.1U/L,AST594.3U/L,转至我院。否认家族遗传代谢疾病史。入院查体无异常。查血常规正常,转氨酶及肌酶明显增高。胸部X线片示肺炎,心电图正常,心脏彩
