目的初步研究编码恶性疟原虫裂殖子表面蛋白1(MSP1)的17区片段的核酸疫苗(VR1012/MSP1-17)诱导小鼠的体液免疫反应。方法BALB/c小鼠和C57BL/6小鼠分别经每次每只200μg/100μl和100μg/100μl的VR1012/MSP1-17三闪肌注免疫后,用ELISA间接法检测免疫鼠血清中抗MSP117区的抗体。结果两种小鼠均产生明显的抗MSP117区的抗体,BALB/c小鼠较C57BL/6小鼠产生的抗体略高,但总体抗体水平不是很高。结论该核酸疫苗具有一定的免疫原性,其保护性仍需进一步研究
Objective To study the humoral immune response in mice induced by nucleic acid vaccine (VR1012 / MSP1-17) encoding the 17 region fragment of Plasmodium falciparum merozoite surface protein 1 (MSP1). Methods BALB / c mice and C57BL / 6 mice were immunized with triple immunofluorescence of VR1012 / MSP1-17 every 200μg / 100μl and 100μg / 100μl, respectively. The anti-MSP117 Antibody. Results Both mice produced significant antibodies against MSP117, while BALB / c mice produced slightly more antibodies than C57BL / 6 mice, but the overall antibody level was not very high. Conclusion The nucleic acid vaccine has certain immunogenicity, its protection still needs further study
