目的 观察中药人工泪对Sj gren综合征患者的干眼治疗效果。 方法 80例有干眼症状的Sj gren综合征患者随机分成 2组 ,第一组用环胞霉素A点眼治疗 ,第二组用环胞霉素A加中药人工泪Ⅰ号滴眼剂治疗。记录治疗前后双眼SchirmerI试验纸湿长度和角膜虎红染色点数的变化。结果 治疗 3周和 5周后的第二组SchirmerI试验纸湿长度和虎红角膜染色点数均比第一组明显改善。结论 中药人工泪液能改善Sj gren综合征患者的干眼体征。
Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine artificial tears on dry eye in patients with Sj gren syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with Sj Gren syndrome with dry eye were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was treated with cyclosporine A eye drops and the second group was treated with cyclosporine A plus traditional Chinese medicine artificial tears. Record before and after treatment of both eyes SchirmerI test paper wet length and corneal tiger red staining points changes. Results The second group of SchirmerI test after 3 weeks and 5 weeks of treatment both wet length and red cornea staining significantly improved than the first group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine artificial tears can improve the symptoms of Sj Gren syndrome in patients with dry eye.
