通过对2 mm厚Q235钢板试件进行铜加速醋酸盐雾(CASS)试验,得到了不同腐蚀程度的试验样品,观察腐蚀后试件的表观,并对腐蚀程度评定方法及不同评定方法下的腐蚀速率做了详细讨论。对不同腐蚀程度的试件进行拉伸试验,得到了各力学性能参数与腐蚀程度的函数关系。试验结果表明:腐蚀对钢板试件的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率均有所影响,影响试件抗拉强度、屈服强度的主要原因为腐蚀造成的试件有效横截面的减少,蚀坑、蚀渠处的应力集中现象对其影响很小,但应力集中现象对断后伸长率的影响很大。此外,通过试验数据及拟合曲线得到了2 mm钢板的腐蚀临界点。
The test samples with different corrosion degrees were obtained by copper accelerated CASS test on 2 mm thick Q235 steel specimens. The corrosion behavior of the specimens was observed and evaluated under different assessment methods The corrosion rate is discussed in detail. Tensile tests were carried out on specimens with different corrosion degrees, and the functional relationship between the mechanical properties and the corrosion degree was obtained. The test results show that the corrosion affects the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break of the steel specimens. The main factors that affect the tensile strength and yield strength of the specimens are the decrease of the effective cross-section of the specimens due to corrosion, Erosion pits, etchings at the stress concentration has little effect on it, but the stress concentration on the elongation after a great impact. In addition, the corrosion critical point of 2 mm steel plate is obtained through the test data and the fitting curve.
