本文根据1971年下半年~1976年,我所对南津关河段剪刀水、泡漩水流及其上游至太平溪库区河段航道整治试验研究成果而作的小结。主要是分析研究了南津关几个泡漩区的成因,据此提出了改善这些付流的整治措施,基本上可满足汛期船队自巷子口沿左右岸边顺利地进入三江和大江的引航道。并对库区航道航行条件的水流流速、水面比降和流态等进行了比较,建坝后大多数的洪水滩,能满足航行条件的要求,仅水田角滩的流速大、流态不良,白洞子滩的比降大。按照滩段的具体情况,提出了较合理的整治方案。当三峡大坝和葛洲坝联合运转时,两坝之间的流速流态,只能在流量30000立米/秒时,可满足航行允许流速3.0米/秒的要求。
