近几年来,高职教育以就业为导向对学生进行专业培养,而高职院校也在以就业为导向明确其发展定位的同时,深化教育教学改革,从而推进素质教育,为社会提供专业化人才。但时至今日,正是由于高职院校盲目追求就业率,使其输送出的毕业生,一直存在能力不足、遇事怯懦、甚至是玩忽职守的现象。本文以此为出发点,结合自身的教学经验,试图通过教育培养工作,对学生做到从思想到技能上的再教育,为学生的职业生涯规划建立一个良好的思想基础,也使其能创造出更多的社会价值。
