目的 苯那普利是否具有抑制实验性动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的作用。方法血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C,定性定量分析主动脉病变面积。结果高脂组(AS组)和给药组(L组)血脂水平比正常对照组(C组)明显升高(P<0.01),L组动脉粥样硬化斑块面积/血管内膜面积、平均最大内膜厚度、平均最大内膜/中膜均明显低于AS组(P<0.01)。结论苯那普利能有效抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。
Purpose Benazepril inhibits the formation of experimental atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were measured qualitatively and quantitatively for the area of aortic lesions. Results The levels of atherosclerosis plaque area / intima in L group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01) The mean maximum intima thickness, average maximum intima / media were significantly lower than those in AS group (P <0.01). Conclusion benazapril can effectively inhibit the formation and development of atherosclerosis.
