采用碱焙烧法从粉煤灰中提取Al2O3,在Al(OH)3析出过程中采用两种不同的工艺方法,可以形成两种结构的Al2O3,并分别将两种Al2O3用于改性PP树脂。结果表明:片状Al2O3改性PP的拉伸强度好于絮状Al2O3,而两种Al2O3改性PP的断裂伸长率、冲击强度可以获得相当的改性效果,且片状Al2O3的用量少于絮状Al2O3。片状Al2O3用量为2%左右时,改性PP的综合性能较好,拉伸强度提高约13%,断裂伸长率提高约18%,冲击强度提高约15%。
Al2O3 was extracted from fly ash by alkali roasting method. Two kinds of Al2O3 were prepared during the precipitation of Al (OH) 3 by two different methods. Two kinds of Al2O3 were used respectively to modify PP resin. The results show that the tensile strength of flake Al2O3 modified PP is better than that of flocculent Al2O3, while the elongation at break and impact strength of two kinds of Al2O3 modified PP can obtain considerable modification effect, and the amount of flake Al2O3 is less In flocculent Al2O3. When the content of flake Al2O3 is about 2%, the comprehensive properties of the modified PP are better, the tensile strength increases about 13%, the elongation at break increases about 18% and the impact strength increases about 15%.
